How to Place an Order?
Placing an order with Khantil E-commerce Pvt Ltd is very easy, quick and simple. Follow these steps to place your order.
1. Choose the items that you want to order from Menu – Our Collections or simply search for your desired product through our powerful and quick Search placed at the header of each page.
2. Mail us your order list items at ekhantil@gmail.com
3. We will inform you about the availability, total amount to be paid and expected date of dispatch by Email.
4. After that you can make payment by any payment options like Bank Transfer, Credit Card, Paypal(Paypal Id:sales.khantil@gmail.com) or Western Union.
5. Inform us by email at sales.ekhantil@gmail.com after the payment has been done.
6. After receiving fund in our bank account, we will process your order immediately.
7. As soon as when we will dispatch your parcel, we will sending you mail regarding invoice of Order items with tracking information (Note: For international parcel, tracking number will provide after 2 or 3 days).
8. Please update us about the product’s quality, services, communication, delivery of the transaction, so that we can improve our services.
